The Responsibilities of the Office of the Prosecutor

I stand for defining Priority Prosecution - NO PLEA DEALS when it comes to violent crimes, cases involving child victims, and gun crimes.
Increasing focus on Emerging Technologies, especially in the areas of Economic and Computer Crimes.
  • Citizens are victimized through the use of computers and other emerging technologies
  • Child pornography
  • Identity Theft
  • Economic crimes
Law Enforcement MUST stay on top of technological developments and fully make use of the tools available to root out criminal activity and fully prosecute with the available evidence.
Helping the Victims of Crime - including strengthening crime victim restitution.
